BruHealth system; the restriction of access to and from Brunei Darussalam; the monitoring of the welfare and safety of Brunei students abroad; the
provision of a special allowance for frontliners and establishment of a COVID-19 Relief Fund; the protection of jobs and provision of support as well as
training; as well as to the support and assistance for businesses in Brunei Darussalam by offering salary subsidy assistance and rental fee reductions.
