Inculcating education into the youth of this country in order to produce a generation that is excellent, skilled and capable has not escaped the
attention of His Majesty the Sultan. His Majesty’s firm support and backing for the country’s youth as the main contributors in the development and
progress of the nation was displayed through His Majesty’s presence at the 14th National Youth Day Celebration on 3rd August 2019 at the Plenary
Hall, International Convention Centre, Berakas. The importance of a country’s youth was emphasized in His Majesty’s titah during the 10th Passing
Out Parade of the National Service Programme (PKBN) at Padang Kawad, the PKBN Training Camp in Batu Apoi on 10th March 2021. In His Titah,
His Majesty emphasized that youths who are persistent and brave come forward to serve, as well as truly carry a good image and do not want to sit still
without serving, is one of the significant feature of an independent country that is able to produce a generation of successors who can be expected.
